TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take time to read and agree to my terms; violation of any of the terms stated will result in the termination of your commission.💜 GENERAL 💜
- Commissions must be paid upfront. (USD $ via PayPal invoice)
- Commercial use of anything I create is prohibited unless specifically discussed and charged properly beforehand. I retain the rights to my own work, but you are allowed to repost and lightly modify the work (icons, banners, etc) as long as credit is provided.
- Claiming my art as your own or tracing my work is prohibited.USING MY WORK FOR AI PURPOSES IS PROHIBITED. THAT INCLUDES USING COMMISSIONED WORK TO TRAIN AI, USING COMMISSIONED SKETCHES TO GENERATED "FINISHED" CONTENT FOR REDUCED PRICE, AND ANYTHING AI. IF I SEE YOU ARE A PROLIFIC USER OF GENERATIVE AI I WILL PROBABLY REFUSE THE COMMISSION ALL TOGETHER. USING MY WORK FOR THE USE OF AI WILL BE AN INSTANT BLACKLIST.💜PROCESS/TURNAROUND💜
- Prices listed on my commission page are starting/base prices; more info about extra charges and add-ons are listed there.
- Commissions will be considered started and in my queue officially when an invoice is filled. I can reserve slots in select cases and will do my best to accommodate you, but generally, I will not start on a commission itself without receiving payment via Paypal invoice.
- I love to show WIPs and check in! Generally, I will show WIPS for the sketch stage and a flat color/line stage. Changes requested during the sketch stage are always free and unlimited, but changes requested further down the process will incur extra fees. Simple sketches with less complex designs (especially for YCHs) usually will not require a check-in.
- The estimated turnaround is 1-2 months after recieving payment. If anything comes up that I feel will prolong this, I will be sure to let you know! All finished work will be sent in full res via Google Drive, and posted on my social media unless otherwise requested. I currently do not take extra charges for priority and will generally stick to this workflow.💜CANCELLING/REFUNDING💜
- I have the right to refuse your commission or issue a cancellation and refund at any point.
-Refunds can be done ONLY during the first check-in for half back.
-Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.WILL DRAW: Semi-NSFW, furries, simple armor, gore/horror
WILL NOT DRAW: Detailed armor/weapons/mecha, hate speech, ANYTHING remotely suggestive with underage charactersPlease feel free to ask about anything that isn't listed if you aren't sure!
